Bibimbap

Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 1 zucchini, julienned
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
Steps
- Sauté each vegetable separately with a little oil and salt.
- Blanch spinach, squeeze dry, season with sesame oil.
- Fry eggs sunny side up.
- Place rice in bowls, arrange vegetables in sections on top.
- Top with fried egg and a generous dollop of gochujang.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds. Mix everything together before eating.
