Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1.5 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup black beans
- 1/2 cup corn
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 lime
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- Shredded lettuce
- 2 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
Steps
- Season chicken with cumin, paprika, and salt. Grill or pan-fry.
