  1. Mix chicken mince with egg, cornflour, and salt. Shape into balls.
  2. Deep fry until golden and cooked through. Set aside.
  3. Heat oil, sauté garlic and ginger.
  4. Add onion and bell pepper, stir fry.
  5. Add soy sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar, and a splash of water.
  6. Add fried chicken balls and toss well.
  7. Garnish with spring onions. Serve with fried rice.
