  1. Marinate chicken with cornflour, egg, salt, and soy sauce.
  2. Deep fry until golden and crispy. Set aside.
  3. Heat oil in a wok, sauté garlic and dried chillies.
  4. Add onion and bell pepper, stir fry on high.
  5. Add all sauces, vinegar, and a tbsp of water.
  6. Toss in fried chicken and stir fry 2 minutes.
  7. Serve as a dry starter or with gravy over noodles.
