Ingredients
- 3 cups cold cooked rice
- 3 eggs
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 spring onions, chopped
- White pepper
- 2 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
Steps
- Beat eggs with a pinch of salt.
- Heat oil in a wok until smoking.
- Scramble eggs quickly, break into pieces, set aside.
- Add more oil, sauté garlic briefly.
- Add cold rice, break up clumps, stir fry on high heat.
- Add soy sauce, white pepper, and eggs. Toss well.
