Ingredients
- 2 cups maida
- 1/4 cup oil (for dough)
- 1 small cauliflower, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup peas
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 green chilli, chopped
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- Oil for deep frying
- Salt to taste
Steps
- Make dough with maida, oil, and water. Rest for 30 minutes.
- Cook cauliflower filling with spices until dry and cooled.
- Roll dough into circles, cut in half.
- Form cones, stuff with filling, seal edges with water.
- Deep fry on medium-low heat until golden and flaky.
- Serve hot with tamarind chutney or kashundi.
