Ingredients
- 2 naan or flatbreads
- 4 tbsp garlic butter
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella, shredded
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup corn
- Dried oregano
- Chilli flakes
- Fresh basil
Steps
- Spread garlic butter on naan/flatbread.
- Add a layer of pizza sauce.
- Top with mozzarella and vegetables.
- Sprinkle oregano and chilli flakes.
- Bake at 200°C for 12-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh basil. Slice and serve.
