Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas, drained
- 3 tbsp tahini
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- Paprika for garnish
- Pita bread
- Carrot and cucumber sticks
- Salt to taste
Steps
- Blend chickpeas, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, and salt until very smooth.
- Add ice water a tablespoon at a time for desired creaminess.
- Spread on a plate, make a well in the center.
- Drizzle olive oil, sprinkle paprika and cumin.
- Serve with warm pita triangles and vegetable sticks.
