  2. Heat mustard oil, temper nigella seeds.
  3. Add ridge gourd slices with turmeric and salt.
  4. Cook covered for 5-7 minutes until soft.
  5. Add poppy seed paste and green chilli.
  6. Cook for 5 more minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve with rice.
