  1. Dry roast coriander seeds and dried chillies, crush coarsely.
  2. Heat oil, sauté onions until translucent.
  3. Add ginger-garlic paste, then tomato puree.
  4. Cook until thick and oil separates.
  5. Add crushed spice mix and salt.
  6. Add paneer and bell pepper, toss well.
  7. Cook 5 minutes. Finish with kasuri methi.
  8. Serve hot with roti or naan.
