Kadai Paneer
Paneer tossed with bell peppers in a chunky tomato gravy spiced with crushed coriander and dried red chillies.

Ingredients
- 250g paneer, cubed
- 1 bell pepper, cubed
- 3 tomatoes, pureed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp crushed coriander seeds
- 3 dried red chillies
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp kasuri methi
- 2 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
Steps
- Dry roast coriander seeds and dried chillies, crush coarsely.
- Heat oil, sauté onions until translucent.
- Add ginger-garlic paste, then tomato puree.
- Cook until thick and oil separates.
- Add crushed spice mix and salt.
- Add paneer and bell pepper, toss well.
- Cook 5 minutes. Finish with kasuri methi.
- Serve hot with roti or naan.
