Masala Dosa

Ingredients
- 2 cups dosa batter (fermented)
- 3 potatoes, boiled and mashed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 1 tsp urad dal
- 8-10 curry leaves
- 2 green chillies
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 2 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
Steps
- For filling: heat oil, temper mustard seeds, urad dal, and curry leaves.
- Add onions, green chillies, and sauté until soft.
- Add turmeric, salt, and mashed potatoes. Mix well.
- Heat a dosa tawa, pour a ladle of batter and spread thin.
- Drizzle oil around edges, cook until crispy and golden.
- Place potato filling in the center, fold the dosa.
- Serve with coconut chutney and sambar.
