  1. Knead maida with water and salt. Rest 30 minutes.
  2. Mix chicken mince with onion, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, oil, and pepper.
  3. Roll dough thin, cut circles.
  4. Place filling in center, pleat and seal.
  5. Steam in a momo steamer for 12-15 minutes.
  6. Serve hot with spicy tomato-chilli dipping sauce.
