Palak Paneer

Ingredients
- 250g paneer, cubed
- 4 cups spinach, blanched
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 green chillies
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 2 tbsp cream
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- Salt to taste
Steps
- Blanch spinach in boiling water, then ice bath. Blend to a smooth puree.
- Heat butter, temper cumin seeds.
- Sauté onion and ginger-garlic paste until golden.
- Add spinach puree, green chillies, and salt. Cook 5 minutes.
- Add paneer cubes and garam masala.
- Simmer for 5 minutes. Finish with cream.
- Serve with roti or naan.
