Paneer Tikka

Ingredients
- 250g paneer, cubed
- 1 bell pepper, cubed
- 1 onion, cubed
- 1/2 cup thick yogurt
- 1 tbsp tikka masala
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 2 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
- Chaat masala for garnish
Steps
- Mix yogurt with all spices, oil, and lemon juice.
- Marinate paneer and vegetables for 1 hour.
- Thread onto skewers.
- Grill in oven at 220°C or on a tandoor for 12-15 minutes.
- Sprinkle chaat masala and lemon juice.
- Serve with mint chutney.
