Pav Bhaji

  1. Boil and mash all vegetables coarsely.
  2. Heat butter, sauté onions and bell pepper.
  3. Add tomatoes, pav bhaji masala, and cook until soft.
  4. Add all mashed vegetables, mix and mash further on heat.
  5. Add water for desired consistency, simmer 10 minutes.
  6. Slit and toast pav buns with butter.
  7. Serve bhaji topped with butter, onion, and lemon.
