Ingredients
- 200g hakka noodles
- 3 tbsp schezwan sauce
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1/2 cup cabbage, shredded
- 1 bell pepper, julienned
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp oil
- Spring onions
Steps
- Boil noodles, drain, toss with oil.
- Heat oil in a wok, add garlic.
- Stir fry vegetables for 2 minutes on high heat.
- Add schezwan sauce, soy sauce, and vinegar.
- Add noodles and toss well on high heat.
- Garnish with spring onions. Serve hot.
