Ingredients
- 250g paneer, cubed
- 2 tomatoes, pureed
- 10 cashews, soaked and ground
- 1 onion, paste
- 1 tbsp cream
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp garam masala
- A few saffron strands
- 2 tbsp ghee
- Salt to taste
Steps
- Heat ghee, sauté onion paste until golden.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and tomato puree. Cook 8 minutes.
- Add cashew paste, turmeric, and saffron.
- Add water to adjust consistency, simmer 5 minutes.
- Add paneer cubes and garam masala.
- Finish with cream. Serve with naan.
