Ingredients
- 400g chicken breast, shredded
- 8 taco shells
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- 1 cup salsa
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1 lime
- 2 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
Steps
- Season chicken with cumin, paprika, chilli powder, and salt.
- Cook in oil until done, then shred.
- Warm taco shells in the oven.
- Fill shells with chicken, lettuce, tomato, and cheese.
- Top with salsa and sour cream.
- Squeeze lime over. Serve immediately.
