Tandoori Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 kg chicken, scored
- 1 cup thick yogurt
- 2 tbsp tandoori masala
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp garam masala
- Red food colour (optional)
- Salt to taste
Steps
- Score chicken and apply lemon juice and salt. Rest 15 minutes.
- Mix yogurt with all spices and oil.
- Coat chicken thoroughly. Marinate for 4-6 hours.
- Preheat oven to 230°C.
- Place on a wire rack over a baking tray.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping once.
- Serve with onion rings, lemon wedges, and mint chutney.
