  1. Dry roast semolina until light golden. Set aside.
  2. Heat oil, temper mustard seeds, urad dal, and curry leaves.
  3. Add peanuts, onion, green chilli, and carrot. Sauté.
  4. Add water and salt, bring to a boil.
  5. Slowly add roasted semolina while stirring continuously.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Serve hot with coconut chutney.
