Steps
- Heat a dosa tawa, pour batter thick (like a pancake).
- Sprinkle onion, tomato, chillies, and coriander on top.
- Press toppings gently into the batter.
- Drizzle oil around edges, cook on medium heat until golden.
- Flip and cook the other side briefly.
- Serve with coconut chutney and sambar.
