  1. Heat oil in a wok on very high heat.
  2. Add garlic, stir fry briefly.
  3. Add all vegetables, stir fry 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add cold rice and break up any clumps.
  5. Add soy sauce, vinegar, white pepper, and salt.
  6. Toss everything on high heat for 3-4 minutes.
  7. Garnish with spring onions. Serve with manchurian or chilli chicken.
