Veg Hakka Noodles
Stir-fried noodles with colourful vegetables and soy sauce — a quick Indo-Chinese weeknight favourite.

Ingredients
- 200g hakka noodles
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 bell pepper, julienned
- 1/2 cup cabbage, shredded
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp chilli sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp oil
- Spring onions
- Salt to taste
Steps
- Boil noodles until al dente, drain and toss with oil.
- Heat oil in a wok on high heat.
- Add garlic, stir fry 30 seconds.
- Add all vegetables and stir fry 2-3 minutes.
- Add soy sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar, and salt.
- Add noodles and toss vigorously on high heat.
- Garnish with spring onions. Serve hot.
