  1. Boil noodles until al dente, drain and toss with oil.
  2. Heat oil in a wok on high heat.
  3. Add garlic, stir fry 30 seconds.
  4. Add all vegetables and stir fry 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add soy sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar, and salt.
  6. Add noodles and toss vigorously on high heat.
  7. Garnish with spring onions. Serve hot.
